With the average premium of $350 per employee, the cost of offering a conventional health plan is cost prohibitive to most employers. To help companies gain control of their benefit cost we have designed a set of plans that will allow employers to begin offering or continue to offer benefits at a reasonable and predictable amount. ValueMax was designed to cover the small everyday events instead of the rarely used catastrophic events. As with the base plan, ValueMax can be used in conjunction with a HDHP.
